Other ways to get to bud

i want to have a bunch of female clones for this year, but i think its gonna be to smelly to bud them anwhere in my house

could i take the mother plant and take them from 24 hours a day to like 14 outside would take make them bud or is that still to much?

yeh, i dont have enough money for a apartment or a small house right now, so im still staying with them
