Ornamental grow (pgr)

Hi... before you all jump down my throat for PGR use i would like to state that this is stricly an ornamental experiment to see how big and hard i can produce a Critical Mass Cola... Its for asthetics only, like say the orchid or roses scene

My main focus has been to simulate the hyped additives such as SSU, PM, BM, Gravity etc active ingredients beside a control plant of same genetics..

Note: This is an experiment out of facination stricly because i believe there is actually a place for ornimental MJ hydroponics for people that love the actual art... (jmo)

I came here to ask one thing really as i have most of the experiment mapped out except for one detail and i know there are much more talented people here with a broader knowledge off PGR applications and ratio's

Note: i will gladly answer anything i have already attempted/figured out should someone be interested...

THE BURNING QUESTION!

What is the ppm rate/range of flower hardners ie Gravity when applied to nutrient solution... i can not find it anywhere? The lab reports for G state a 516ppm PBZ average per bottle but for the life of me i can not verify the application rates or is that some kind of application average as per label instructions...

I have the PBZ at 4g/L but until i find the app rates i am stuck... i am actually astonished that these products were so vastly used and virtually NO ONE has ever reported results as far as application ppm dosage...? Scary really!

Any help from someone that once used a flower hardner would be appreciated beause as many can gather this is fine line stuff...

I use snowstorm ultra regularly and it does help haha makes it almost too dense haha.
Hi budbro... thanks for stopping by...

Yes i use the active ingredient in SSU on everything including my roma tomatos and apples ;)...Tria is pretty cool stuff alround and if i get this flower hardner dialed in dosage wise I will use Tria at 25ppm every 10 days foliar to explode trich because of the pbz reaction... i have never used a PBZ based hardner but Tria has been in the house for a while...

Can anyone comment on the lab report of Gravity stated value of 516 ppm... what are they reffering to?

Is it the value recieved as per dosage on the directions when mixed or what?

“HYDROPONICS: USE APPROXIMATELY 1 (5ml) TEASPOON PER GALLON (4L<) OF WATER AND RUN FOR 5-12 DAYS BEGINNING ABOUT 3 WEEKS BEFORE FINISH. DUE TO GREAT VARIABILITY AMONG HYDROPONIC SYSTEMS, A GOOD RULE OF THUMB IS TO RUN LARGER DOSES FOR A SHORTER TIME AND SMALLER DOSES FOR A LONGER TIME.

DON’T OVERUSE! MORE IS NOT BETTER.

"CDFA Lab Test Results in Brief"

Bushmaster: 271ppm Paclobutrazol
Gravity: 516ppm Paclobutrazol

Surely its got to be the application dosage???

Im not a fan of foliar feeding and i run soil/soilless so it effects me differently. i start out with 2.5 ml/g and step up to 5ml/g and occasionally 7.5 if i have a heavy feeder/long flowerer. I start a few weeks before flower with a really small dose around 1ml/g

Hi my long lost ol buddy, budbro lol... the trick with SSU is to find and refine an optimal dosage that your foliage reacts to.. Triacontanol is unique in that you cant really hurt much with higher doesage unlike PBZ...

I run a .1 ppm in res of Tria (SSU) from day one and foliar bomb session of 25ppm every 14 days to the 5th week... its deffinatly overkill but i know im getting the benifits... i could probably half the ppm of the foliar and exactly the same reaction... its more to do with the mixing math that it comes out at 25ppm...

Still a little puzzeled why no one can answer my PBZ (gravity question) and have a bad feeling no one really knows what ppm they were dropping this stuff into there mix... no wonder there was so much fail with burn...
