Organic Ferts

Hello there fellow growers. :)

I'm thinking of going 100% organic in my next grow (indoor). Right now im using DWC system. But i'm chaning to soil after harvest since i got inspired by an outdoor grow a mate of mine has.

Everything should be organic and homemade. And the idea is to not use animal manures other than worm and bat, if possible.?

So heres my list.

Soil:
30% potting soil
20-30% compost (from stores since it dosn't smell)
20% perlite or leca-pellets
10% worm shit
10% bat shit
0-10% dried and cut seaweed ??? would it be good?
Dolomite Lime

Organic plant tea:

Stinging needle
Seaweed
Willow branches
Comfrey
Alfalfa

Things added to the teas:

Coffee grounds
Molasse
Compost (store one too)
(maybe worm/bat shit too)

Questions:

1: Will these teas have enough NPK ? or should i get manures too ?

2: How many times should i water with these teas?

3: Will these teas burn my plant/s if i water regular with them?

4: If someone has experiance with these ferts, which dose should i use for:
4a: seedling phase
4b: veg phase
4c: start of bloom phase
4d: rest of bloom phase

If anyone knows about other plants for teas or something else i should get, im open for ideas.

Thanks
