I can't seem to find where he uses it. I got Epsom and protekt recently. If anybody can give me a lil help, from what I understand Epsom is only used when a mag deficiency shows not as a preventative? I will be growing organic. Also would anyone happen to know how often I should foliar feed with the protekt? I've read to use up to the 4th week of flower but not how often.

I don't ever foliar, but a lot of the pros like @kratos015 do.

Its 1/4-1/2 tsp epsom and the same or just a little less for Si to a gallon of water.Spray 2-3 times a week.

I bubble 1/8tsp of dolomite lime per gallon of water for about 24hrs. The result i get is all the cal /mag needs for the plant but it buffers the ph to a perfect 6.8-7. After week 7 flower just straight water.

I like 2 ml silica + 5 ml neem + couple drops Dr Bronners, shake it well and shake it more between plants, you can use it weekly through veg and early flower, but I use it every two weeks, and then spray a biofungicide like Southern Ag or Serenade on off weeks. Great prevention.

What does neem do for the plant? What does the biofungicide help prevent? Sorry for the questions, I'm learning all over again.

They get the dolomite lime every watering until about 15 days before harvest, then it is just straight water. I typically need 4 gallons of water per watering on my 8 plants in the tent. So I bubble the water with 1/2 tsp of dolomite lime, I also add a teaspoon of alfalfa meal and 1/4 tsp of diatomatous earth. Alfalfa meal has a grow hormone in it that cannabis seems to like called triacontanol, and diatomatous earth for the calcium carbonate, and also a silicon boost. The ppm with this water should be around 70 which is perfect for my living soil.

week 7 flower no cal mag was ever used. Only dolomite lime water.

I know it kinda old but how much gypsum are you using about? How much medium vs gypsum? Thanks in advance!

I use 1 cup/240ml per cu ft of base mix potting soil (peat-perlite-ewc).

For top dressing, i use build-a-soil guidelines, and go with 4 tablespoons for a 5gal pot. 8tbls for 10gal, etc.

That stuff has more heavy metals than Miracle-Gro. Look at the lead and arsenic specifically.

Take a look at these plants of mine what do you think is going on with these 3 out of 9.feeding terp tea. Have not supplemented cal mag and I’m in 3rd week. Don’t know if it’s sulfur or cal mag def.
