organic alcohol question

no, you got it man. those are perfect im sure.

the problem is with the way you uploaded them... the file size was reduced incredibly so that the max size the picture can be viewed is very small... something like a 4x6 size picture on your screen or something (not sure of the pixel size) so when you try to zoom in on it.. it sucks.

BUT, the originals... those bad boys are probably 7 megapixel+ which means that default they can be printed on a picture thats about 2 feet wide and 3 feet long clearly still! lots of data.. those original picture files are probably around 3mb. will take time to upload but well worth it because we can zoom on in each individual letter.

if you go imageshack.us and sign up for a very quick and easy account (i sound like im promoting it for christ sake!!) and then upload your original files there, select the dropdown box and select "DO NOT RESIZE" make sure they are 1mb+ which im sure they are... even an iphone takes like 5 mega pixel pictures which is more than enough to read those pages when zoomed in on.

If its 95% etoh with the remaining being distilled water, no sugar flavorings ect...why would it not be exactly the same. Ethanol is ethanol...

But it's organicccc
Except for the organic label, 95.6% azeotropic 190 proof should be the same, whether it was made from grain, cane, or fruit. Fruit extractions start out with more methanol in them, as it comes from pectin, but it is ostensibly removed as fore shots and heads on both.

Neutral spirits don't contain tails, so my take is the organic label is just that, a label stating the obvious, but not setting it apart from other 95.6% azeotropes.

I don't know. I'm guessing it will. That's why I placed the order. This thread was asking if it would work as well as the grape spirits, which was why I mentioned it, being curious myself (that's how I found this thread) I'm sure they'll work fine, just couldn't see shelling out another $60 a gallon for the grape spirits, even though they are what's recommended in the High Times article.

Hi everyone...I broke down and bought the grape alcohol , that was recommended in the high times mag, with the budderking recipe....I personally didn't like it. It just didn't seem to purge off good enough......unlike the everclear which I normally use for budder. Even after my product turned to shatter , it still bubbled when heated on a pin....indicating to me it still has alcohol in the oil,,,,it also has a funny taste. So yes it is a rip off IMO....I wont use it again and will stick with my everclear method.....however each to their own.....
