That sucks. I’ve personally called twice (once to give cc number and once to confirm a tracking number would be sent by email upon shipping) and someone answered both times.

The second time was odd because I was mid sentence when laughter came blasting through the phone. I paused and thought “IS THIS A-HOLE LAUGHING AT ME?!” and then realized someone was having a full volume conversation next to him while he was on the phone. Annoying, but certainly not anything I’m going to not order from them again over.

I read back to page 200 or so of this thread and am aware of the problems the website had. I really don’t know what to think about the culpability the owner had and I certainly wouldn’t order from there if I had to have an account. The people who had their info given to strangers have every right to be pissed.

At the end of the day though I just want to smoke and although my state is now legal the dispensaries are totally dry. All in all I’m very happy with the service.

Yea it seems most don't have a problem getting ahold of them, not sure why i had issues. all of my orders have been $300 plus so its not like i was trying to bug them for a $50 order or something. the first time had to call 4 or 5 times over two days to get thru to them. second time he answered first time. and this previous time i tried ordering i called probably 8 times over two days (within buisness hours) no answer . and the voicemail had changed since calling the first time thru the day so i know somebody was there. just simply ignoring the phone and order was canceled. i have no interest in slandering them or anything. honestly other than that they have been great. get the package very fast, had good amount of freebies. but i mean damn i cant call day after day hoping they will answer, i just don't have to time to do so. and im not gonna beg them to take my money. to many other banks to use. so i took my money to GLG instead. and honestly im glad because i feel like i got a better deal and excited to try some bodhi.

Are you ringing normally or via Whattsapp? I only used whatsapp and they answered everytime.
I have it with young members of my family...ignore a call but answer on WA

Not sure what whattsapp is.. im geussing a calling app or somthing simalar to textnow? I have been calling on normal phone but now that you say that i should try calling with a app. little more secure as well, wish i would have thought about it. i will definetly try next time.

Yes it's a reliable phone app. Message them first from it with your order no. That way they'll know your no. means $business $

Just tried to complete an order by phone with OES. No longer taking CC purchases according to phone message. This was my go to bank. But with no CC payment option, will have to find new bank. Canceled my order and am pissed off. Never again.

What is the problem with stuffing some cash between two folded pieces of paper then sticking that in an envelope? If youre worried about theft or getting lost, pay $6 and get priority. Man, not many companies take cc, so I'm not real sure where you'll go to next? Js

Already found more than one that takes CC. Been ripped off recently, do not do cash anymore and MO are PITA. Now buying breeder direct only when I can. Last 2 seed purchases were breeder direct CC purchased. Loved using OES specifically for their CC option. All gone now, will take my purchases elsewhere.

Out of five seeds only three popped

OES is awesome. Easy, fast, discrete. Not much more then that needed. Great selection, answers the phone and is a really nice and helpful dude. Besides a maybe 2 of my fav breeders, OES has just about everything I need so I don’t have to wait 3 weeks to a month for an order from overseas.
Keep up the superb work over there at OES and thank you for your exceptional service.

Still has the worst customer service in the game, I knew that going in but if you have issues good luck getting ahold of these guys they never respond.

I tried placing an order last November and wanted to use a credit card, this required me to call and place order.
I called like 5 times over a 3 day period during open hours and never got ahold of him.
Sucks because he does get some ballin gear.
