Ordering Weed Deeb Web Penalty

Hypothetical situation of course . Let's say you order some bud on the Deep Web to your adress which is in a state that has decriminalized marijuana to the point of just an infraction for under an ounce. So let's say you happened order some and somehow and the Police get involved and it is under an ounce would the penalty somehow be more than just a possession charge since it is in a decriminalized state or will there be some kind of worse penalty for ordering it online through the deepweb? Thankyou in advance!

It won't really matter, I'd say the fact that you ordered off the deep web would get you in less trouble, because then you could get deepweb guy arrested, without the guilt because you don't know him personally.

Just play stupid and they can't prove shit don't sign for it don't go frolicking to the mail box just casually grab it and leave the package on your doorstep watch for suspicious vehicles then go out back somewhere rip it open take the weed out put it in a sandwich bag and tell the feds "your mother is a whore" or something of that nature. I love fucking with cops when I make them look stupid probably why the one cop threatened to kill me put his gun on the back of my head and all. Yeah, some pigs don't like it when you know there daughters name and claimed to have fucked her. :bigjoint:

Well your all right, it's just the pain of dealing with retarted dealers, who aren't actually bussinessmen, which yes I know should not be used in this scenario. But you know what I mean, dealing with dropouts, low lifes, is unfoutunetly the majority of weed dealers where I'm from. But I'll have to suck it up I guess.
