When will I be able to "like" comments. Does this mean I dont have access to the whole forum? So would it be worth paying for the App would I have access to all of RIU? Or would I be better off waiting until I'm a more well-known member. Thanks again.

don't pay for anything, the like button will come in time if you stay active on the forum! welcome to riu by the way!! and as far as seeds go I use the dank team, there in the states so no customs to worry about

when you become a more established member you will have full access , you have limited access to the forum at the moment because you are a new member.
dont buy the app you dont get full access from buying the app, the app is on there because mobiles are hard to manage with a large as website as we have.
