Maybe try to be more clear in your question and repost the thread with a more explanatory title.
i.e. Do seedbanks take prepaid CC's?
What seed company takes prepaid CC's?

Or just ask around on RIU or do some research on the site and find out what seed banks people have had luck with. Then email the seed company and ask them your question.
The actual seed companies will probably give you a better answer than anybody on here can. The question is where do you want to get them from. I've heard Nirvana and Attitude are some of better seed companies but that's just what I've read.
