ordered form attitude to canada?

International item arrived in Canada and will be reviewed by Customs

Its been there for a week with no update. is this normal?

i tracked it through royal mail on the web site and it said it was shipped to canada march 8th ,so i went to the canidan post website and it said (recived march 17) and International item arrived in Canada and will be reviewed by Customs and still today March 22 6pm saying the same
