orange spots on leaves unknown help

Theres weird orange spots all over my plant. It looks like a chemical spill but I know I didnt, I noticed that It may be TMV. Tobacco mosaic virus from smoking cigarettes around her. I don't know and I found small webbing or something it in the picture

Not TMV. Not enough details for me to guess what your orange spots are. Bugs, too much fan on them, just don't know. Pic of the whole plant more useful.
