Optimum Conditions

I've never grown indoors, and I'm fairly new to growing period. But next year I plan on growing indoors. I plan on growing 32 Plants (hydroponically). I know I need Lighting, ventilation, and co2 control, but can you all help me on what EXACTLY I need to get? I know how to setup the hydro grow system, that's not a problem. I need to know what's the best lights to use to get the best buds (and not tall plants), what's best for ventilation, and what's best for co2 control. And if I'm leaving anything out, please tell me.

Best lighting is MH for veg and HPS for flower

so, how many watts shuld I use for each light? and, wat type of lights do I use wen the plants are just seedlings?

Wattage need is determined by space you want to use. MH works best in veg mode, get some t5 for seedlings, hps for flowering, CO2 bucket should work fine for you. If moneys and issue go all hps, cuz they work well for all aspects but are best for budding, and make yeast co2 to save money on co2 bucket.
6x6=1000w or so
4x4=600w
3x3=400w
now depending on reflector and cooling these are estimates not excats
