Hey guys real quick I have a bit extra cash was looking at getting a optic 6 for my grow room 5×3 . Let me know what you guys think and also if you think I should go a diffrent route on the light . Thanks

I'm no LED expert, but i have been shopping around for a bit. I don't know much about the Optic lights other than what I just read on their website. The price seems a little high to me. You could get two of the Horticulture Lighting Group 260W QB kits for the same price. Timber also has a kit with 6 Cree CXB3590s instead of the Optic CXA2530s for about $120 less. I think you'd get better coverage from either the HLG or Timber lights.

Either option will leave you underpowered for flowering in an area that size.

Quantum boards are very simple mate. Plug and play and wire a plug thats about it. Well worth the money from what ive read

The optic 6 might suffice, 5x3 is just kind of an awkward size. Maybe get that and throw something small on the edges to get some light over there. Depends if you're training your canopy or whatever.

Yea I was thinking maybe one monster vegged long to fill her in or two dwc monsters with that light. Heard I can pull 1.5 lb on it maybe more lol I hope ...
