Opinions on seeds for AF grow

i am going to start growing AF plants. i have order these so far and like to kno opinions on how they you liked them/if there worth doing again.

I have done Easy Ryder. It was very easy to grow. I used generic potting soil, off the shelf nutes, and 24-0 light schedule. It finished about a week longer than they advertised and that might have even been a little early. It was great smoke though... strong, energetic, and fairly long lasting. One hit would do the trick, and three hits was my limit. I got about an oz from the plant with minimal money and without a lot of work or thought. The only downside is that it has a fairly strong smell that you have to work hard to control.

Thanks for the heads up on the smell. Ill get papered for that by the time they get here. Also im live up in Alaska and no much to choose from for poting soil. i was thinking of a half organtic MG and some normal potting soil do you think they would grow ok with somthing like that

They will grow fine in normal potting soil...just make sure you got some good nutes for the ladies!!! Have grown LR2,Blue Ryder,Diesel Ryder,Easy Ryder and just harvested some Green O Matic(GreenHouse). Will definitely be doing the Diesel and Easy Ryder again...actually got a few DR in flower now! Some may say use 2gl pots,but i have grown same strain,same time in 1gl and 2gl pots just to compare and didnt notice a difference in overall harvest. So i have stayed with the 1gl,which even gives me more space to add more ladies.

Ya ill be useing a PC grow box i built. lights are placed very close

I just used normal potting soil and didn't have any problems. I used MG General Pourpose and switched to Shultz African Violet food for the last few weeks. In total, they cost about $6. I can't see spending tons of money on nutes. Look up Uncle Ben's advice on the topic in his Tips and Tricks thread.

If you do another AF grow I would do any of the sweet seeds AF'S they are soooooo sweeet

I orderd some Blue Ryder on the Attitude promo, just because I wanted to get my Cali Connection freepack that they owed me. So what I plan on doing is just planting them off on a distant part of my land that gets good sun coverage and seeing if they will just grow and spread wildly, then turn them into hash. 8 - 10 weeks from sow to finish, should get 2 harvests from them a summer. Maybe I'll leave em alone for the first few years...
