Opinion on flowering potential

Hey all. First post here, and bring my first grow along with me! Got a plant in veg right now, that is 4 weeks in veg on sunday(24th). Just looking for opinions on current growth/health for it's veg time, and also if it looks ready enough for flower.
Read that the more mature the plant when put into flower the better the bud, but also that with CFLs you dont want it to be too big due to having to have a million cfls to support a large plant. Going very, very low tech and low budget. I have it in a bedroom closet(along with another plant that is a week behind the one Im refering to) with 2 26w(100w equiv bulbs) on each plant. Getting at least three eco 125w cfls for flowering(for both. Gonna flower the younger one when I do the larger. Not enough room for separate veg/flower rooms).

Anyway, look forward to responses. Peace out.:bigjoint:

Flowering is an option but it all depends on how much room you have. So in your situation I would say definitely wait another week for a little larger of a yield, and also so that your plant is healthy enough to produce strong buds..

Also, I noticed that your larger plant has a couple of twisting leaves along with a couple drooping leaves. This is probably due to heat stress.. So grab a thermometer and check your temp, you want it between 70-85 degress but 75 being ideal..

for comparison bro here is a plant under cfl's thats about 3 weeks...Bro get some more light and get it as close as possible...Dont do this and waste your time get the most out of what your doing...spend 10-20 more and your gonna get alot more...to be 100 your plant is a lil on the small side i would veg to about 8
-12 inches and then flip....
