Trump looks like he is trying to change the message any way possible resurrecting his latest scare tactic for immigrant families. He doesn't call it by name, but here he is in 2015 talking it up.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump is threatening to deport millions of people living in the United States illegally, heralding a plan that could help energize his supporters just ahead of formally announcing his reelection bid .

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement next week will “begin the process of removing the millions of illegal aliens who have illicitly found their way into the United States,” Trump said in a pair of tweets Monday night.

In my locale (Portland and Eugene Oregon area), Causa might be a good group to support. Nationally, American Friends Service Committee might be a place to start. Check for local protest rallies that are sure to arise after this latest development and show Trump as well as the people he is scapegoating that fascism doesn't have a home in the US. Show up. Did you just say that any action by Trump's government is legal if Trump claims they are acting against an illegal action?

Illegal actions by the Trump administration on immigration (to name a few)

The flight ban on muslims
The deportation of refugee asylum seekers without a hearing before a judge or a judgement
Stealing funds from authorized defense programs to fund a clearly unauthorized wall
Detaining migrants awaiting a hearing for an indefinite period
Separating families at the border, detaining them, failing to keep children safe while in detention, failing to re-unite children with parents.

Regarding your idea of fascism, you don't have any idea what fascism is. Near as I can tell, your logic runs like this: you don't like liberals.; you don't like the word fascist (even though you don't know what it means); therefore liberals are fascists. Restaurants are perfectly justified in denying service to anybody for any reason unless it violates civil rights. Denying service to a MAGA-hat-wearer does not qualify for this protection.
