opening doors in AK, new business

Well ive been ready woodsman i am these streets from price to huffman. Rose from the getto to be somewhat of a renaissance man. Been growing since 94ish. I have a strong plan but would love to callabo with genetics. Im sure the market here is big enough for everyone to pitch in.
 
If you dont agree w medical marijuana id say your hangin the wrong thread bud... these alaska threads are about and for us med folks... we need cooperation in here not just bashing the med movement sorry
 
I am trying to work with the only lawyer listed on NORML for AK to see how far we can go right now. It really is a shame the med patients don't have a place to easily buy their medical marijuana...
 
Thats great id really rather help someone in need than someone who just wants to relax. Wish i knew how to reach out to patients better as well. But driving around to them individually would not be fun lol.
 
Our laws dont allow for sales right now... its one of the problems with our med laws. You shoupd look into a medical bartering system where patients couod trade for services. Maybe theres a loop hole in there somewhere

Explain how I bashed the med folks? Grow your own why buy it? Go to NORML website look up ak laws
 
It's pretty screwed up if you are a med patient and can't or don't grow your own. Being a caregiver would be hard also for most people. You can't even receive cash to cover the electric, nutes and large amount of time it takes to grow. The best thing for med patients is if the Recreational laws pass and they open MJ stores. If that happens there won't be med patients anymore, why pay $250 a year to renew your card for NOTHING.
 
I thought as a caregiver you were allowed to receive compensation for certain things in the grow, electric and necessary grow items being in that lot?
 
Anybody here caregiving for someone outside your family? Whats your incentive for doing this? Im sure you get compensated well in some way lol
 
We get you like to grow your own. However, Not everyone can grow Kalooko. There are patients just way to sick using mmj. A place for these patients to go to get medicine would be nice do you not agree

Look it's illegal to get paid for the pot as a caregiver, this includes money for the electricity or nutes or whatever. That said people get around it by offering a donation or paying illegally or whatever. I thought you were a MM patient don't you read the laws? Try google.
