Oops!

I accidently left the lights on for 24 hours strait (got called into work early for a 12 hour shift) I'm supposed to be running them at 12/12 is this going to cause them to flip back to veg or should I leave the lights off for 24 hours and hope for the best?

Just continue 12/12 they should be fine. Do yourself a favor and get a timer, they are cheap.

I was doing the same thing when my timer broke on a national holiday (everything was closed). Timers are a lifesaver, Home Depot, Home Hardware, 5-10 bucks depending on the features.

And yes, just always keep your regular schedule if they end up getting more or less light than intended.
