I dont know Jerry or what he sells but if your talking about double sided blue adhesive thermal tape then be careful. We sell this material and its great for 2-3 watt star boards, in terms of assembly simplicity, but here's the issue, they are constructed with a proportion of material to enable the adhesion + rigidity, that material is fibreglass and while it it not a lot % wise, this is an insulator not a conductor so heat will never be passed effectively on large closed packed die arrays, lovingly referred to as the COB. So if your buying from Jerry you would be wise to ask for data on the TIM, if its silicon then there should be no issue
