Quite right! They don't want any of that pesky science stuff bringing contradictory FACTS to their carefully nurtured misconceptions!

They much prefer simply being able to tell everyone ELSE hope to live, with no justification or accountability at all!

and as @Gmac420 says, if you are legal. You are good to go..Just not in places where you can't smoke....to start with it would seem? no one knows for sure :lol: That's awesome!!!
