This palnt was originally an l.s.t. but it was too impractical and i didnt have much control on the training, so i built this little scrog out of trellis wood, staples and 12 guage wire, the cheese plant is two months old from seed, it is the big buddha variety, purchased from attitude and received in as little as 8 days. I used royal golds soiless mix with house and garden, aarde a,b , drip clean, and root accelerater..

lookin good! i'd veg it for a few more days and throw it into flower when the screen is 70% full. i'm on week 6 flower of my 1 plant scrog (150hps). I LOVE scrog! I don't think i could have LST trained a plant to the level scrog trains a plant. scrog is just so much easier since the screen does all the work holding the plant down.
goodluck!

im pretty sure scrog has to do with multiple plants..not one..

actually the whole point of scrog is to get huge yields out of few plants. all you're trying to do is fill the screen. it doesn't matter how many plants you use (well too many is bad), but one plant can easily fill that screen no problem. It just takes more veg time to fill with fewer plants, but with a screen the size of yours (small) it doesn't make sense using more than one plant.
