One or multiple issues?

Hey all just looking for some advice on my current issues. Some useful info,

Breeder/Strain: In House Genetics Terple
Cross: Tropicana Cookies x Slurricane
Soil: Fox Farms Ocean Forest
Light: HLG 320xl R spec kept aprox 24” away 18 hours on 6 off.
Pot: 5 gallon Smart Pot
Nutes: General Hydroponics FloraNova+ GH additives
Watering: Every 3 days
Feeding: Every other watering
PH: 6.5 in/6.3-6.4 out
PPM: In 1000
Age: Aprox. 6 weeks old vegging
Water: Distilled
Temp: 75-78 lights on, 70-72 lights off
Humidity: 50-60

My nutrient feeds are as follows,

Floranova Grow- 4ml
Rapid Start- 2.5ml
Fish sh!t-6ml
Diamond Nectar- 5ml
Floralicious + - 1ml
Florablend- 5ml
CalMag-2.5tsp

In between watering as follows,
Calmag- 2.5tsp
Fish Sh!t- 3ml
Kelp- 1tsp
Rapid Start-2.5ml

I have noticed that the new growth coming in is very lime green/yellow and also very thin and twisted. Also some faint yellowing along leaf edges. My assumption is possibly slight nute burn/Nitrogen toxicity? Any advice is appreciated! Light is on but pictures taken with flash.

Also forgot to add that each plant takes a little under a gallon of water each watering with just enough run off for the plant to suck back up.
