One Of My Plants Is Stunted..REAL bad.

Little Linda is her name and for 1 month 2 weeks old she is a staggering 3 inches tall (Outdoors). I moved Her To Her Own Pot But I Don't Know What Else To Do.

I've Never Had A Stunted Plant Grow In My Life.
Haha Is there anything I can do to help her?
And Will she bud?

give poor little linda an ample sized pot with good soil, take care of her, and be patient... in a few weeks she will start to grow just like she should. good luck and let us know how it goes.
