One month old showing leaf strain

Trying to nib this in the butt early. One of my three is showing this problem. I've only fed them 7 times over the last month. Maybe its over watering? But it's not really wilting. PH seems fine. Nutrient level seems appropriate using my meter. Meanwhile the sister, same strain, first picture, is thriving. Any thoughts?

I've most recently fed them 492, 595, and 565 ppm, at ~6.5 ph.

Should I maybe just switch her to water for a feeding or two, relieve the stress?

It's filtered tap, that I let sit for at least 24 hours, usually much longer. I use four jugs and rotate them.

Promix HP is soil. Not sure where your getting the soilless. It’s dirt man. I use it. Definitely not a soilless grow lol

That's some extreme Lollipoping. I've been meaning to try that but been too lazy to lol. would be worth my time though

Probably too much feed for such a small plant, will throw shot off and cause lockout. Soil does have nutrients for several weeks. Let the plant guide you, all of them react a little different to nutrients. Some are heavy feeders, some are not. Its usually about getting the timing right. A seedling doesn't need much.

My next batch I’m gonna try not to defoil as much as I ever have. I have always “top-grown” my plants. I haven’t grown without heavy defoilation and lollipopping my plants so it will be interesting

Actually I was just reading the bag of my promix HP. It doesn’t contain much for nutrients but it’s still peat perlite based which is new to me. I will definitely feed a bit heavier when they are a couple weeks into veg.

I thought Promix HP was soiless as it is just peat moss, perlite, and lime. It has no nutrients. Soil will have things like worm castings, compost, forest products, guano, bone meal, etc... allowing you to just water with plain water.

Learn something knew everyday. I thought there was at least some nutritional content to it lol. No wonder I’m able to feed from a young age without frying them. I’ve done two crops with it now and didn’t know. Thanks for pointing that out. My grow just got better knowing that

The company that makes ProMix does have some varieties that do have fertilizer and other blends. But yeah, the HP is pretty much a blank slate.

Coco is great. I run it straight without any added perlite. I like that the compressed bricks take up so little space. Don't have to lug around a big bale.

Yeah I dunno what my problem is either. Might be starting to fry this one but the other one is doing fine. The whole plant looks kind of weird actually. New growth coming in wrinkly and non-symmetrical leafs. I picked up some calimagic, gonna give that a try. But I think I should let her dry out and take her off nutes for at least one feeding. Then I know it's not due to over watering or nute burn.
