one of my patients has a class A CDL and he didn't have ne issues i dunno if thats the same thing your talking about

Yea you can get your cards, but if you get caught driving with any drugs in your system that aren't shown by script in your drivers file at your employers office, or in your office if your an owner operator, than you're F.U.C.K.E.D if you piss dirty after an accident, or during a random test, required by the DOT.

And, with the new changes in the Safer System, your personal life, including personal vehical driving infractions, and anything of this sort will now show up on the safer system. Look your self up, it's not hard. Your info is public info, I'm an insurance agent, and look at all drivers info before quoting a new prospect.

I have a class A CDL and a MMP card the secretary of state has no way of knowing about you being enrolled in the MMP program. but if you drive high or piss dirty you are absolutely fucked! MMP card or not! period! Personally If I was to be tested after an accident I would let/demand they draw blood because THC dosent last long in your blood and they cannot dected metabolites in your blood as well. You could always sub urine with real human or quick fix for randoms. I personally dont worry about it because Im self employed and I have yet to actually use my CDL.

Hey bro.....you know that just because you have a card doesn't mean that you can't be fired for having dirty piss, right? The card doesn't prevent anything as far as work is concerned, except making some people think they have a prescription like the pain killers we all have to choke down. You can keep your job with that (with script of course) but the card means jack shit.
I'm 99.9% sure you knew that, but you never know.......
