if it is true go out side and shut the power off at the meter to the hole house. well im not going to say bull shit all the way because i have seen cars in the water and the lights still work!! and if he had it on a timer and it was under water and the light turned on the the light should not explode!! NOW if the light WAS on then it hit water BOOM lights out all the way!!
