OMG!! Help! Help! I lost hope!!!!

First time grower. Growing GH Super Lemon Haze (Fem). At three weeks from seed attempted LST. Somehow ended up changing mind and untying the the day after since i thought they were not ready for that. At week five ended up Lst'ng for real this time. Only after Lst'ng did realize that there were little hairs popping up. That's when my worries began since i read before that stress causes plant to hermie especially while flowering. Plants are healthy but hope is lost. One other time before this i came home and plants were quilting a little because dirt had dried out before time. After watering they were back to normal. Is this enough stress to cause them to start herming. I did not switch to 12/12 as yet...next week. Pics below.

should be ok. preflowers are common. I have a gods gift that looks like its budding already lol never been in the dark. thing is a freak....

You should be fine. I've lst'ed one plant until it was three fit wide. Unless you start breaking branches or something obvious your not really harming it. However you don't want to lst in flower because the plant is trying to produce flowers instead of repairing itself and growing. It would be wise to give it a few days after lst before switching to 12/12. Since your saying you see hairs, it sounds like preflowers and your plants are ready to switch. O and underwatering is always better than overwatering.

your plant isn't producing enough sex hormones to show one sex, let alone two. Any stress you give the plant in veg will not affect flowering as long as everything is fixed and the plant is given enough time to recuperate before flowering. Your plants look great, a lot better than my lemon hazes.

ok..thanks for your input. I'm definitely getting my hopes back up....but also, as you see, the plants are almost ready to transplant to 5 gallon containers, so do you think that this will be too much stress at the beginning of the flowering phase?

Some plants autoflowers and have no need of the 12/12 to induce flowering :) As a fellow newbie, i'll just tell you not to worrie. I've stressed my plants and experimenting with them to figure out what works and what not. Personally I wait a good week doing anything after a transplant. Its a bit depending on if its rootbound or not. Just to make sure its roots have penetrated the new earth. Btw, I use twice as small containers as you, but have the same size plant at the stage you show in the pictures. Its more work, but I feel It gives faster vegetive groth in the begining. GL with your laidies :)

lol, I didnt say his was, that other dude was talking about his budding with out having been in the dark :)

Damn man, if you lost hope already, with decent-looking plants, I don't know if this is the hobby for you, because you haven't seen shit yet.lol  Your plants don't look bad at all, and as stated,...they're not flowering, those are just preflowers, which'll show during veg, after 5 weeks or so. I just wanted to add that you should make sure to give them at least a week to adjust to their new pots, after the final transplant to the 5 gallon pots, before going to 12/12.
