OLLA watering system design

I have envisioned the following picture for the design of an OLLA watering system.
All comments appreciated

A short description follows....

Add water to H2O Reservoir
Water drains into Olla A
Olla A fills
Water drains into Olla B via Line B
Olla B fills
Line C, Sight Glass fills
Line D is available as a siphon for draining Ollas A and B
Line E is available to drain container in the event of a failure in Lines A, B, C or D below the soil line or a rupture of Olla A or B
Line E extends to the bottom of the bucket
Important: Lines C needs to terminate above the level in the H2O Reservoir

not sure how i got the pics to show, but there they are!

been testing and the vinyl has a funny taste, looking to go to polyethylene

not sure i like Gorilla glue either, was able to pull it off quite easily.

Test setup...

Well that was interesting. I realized i had a design flaw, adjustments to follow.

Put a second coat of Gorilla glue, but first taped the pots at the joint, with regular tape. Smeared the glue with my finger, wrapped in plastic wrap.

Also, i got my buckets from the bakery, 11.5 " diameter and 11.5" deep. Put the two ollas in and they looked crowded. I think i will only use one per bucket.

Gorilla glue only really works if you clamp it real tight and have a decently large area of contact, in your situation I would lean towards a water proof epoxy, would probably work out better for you.

Here is my set up so far, showing the bottom, with the inlet, emergency drain and system drain. The other pic shows the olla position in the bottom with the siphon line heading out the side of the pot.

Next step, more gluing of the holes to make everything leak tight.

maybe i'm the only one wonderin, but what exactly are you trying to accomplish? what is the end result? i feel like you are making it more complicated than it needs to be.
