Old toker or Santa on Peoples Court?

I tuned into Peoples Court the other day and saw this guy pleading his case to Judge Marilyn. Just caught the end of the case but what do you think?

Is this Santa after a raindeer wreck on a rooftop or an old hippie making a case for live and let live?

I think its both. This is how Santa spends his off time. Puffin herb and getting sued for being stoned and mixing up xmas gifts.

Thats a defendants face if I ever saw one.
