Okay, so if RIU had a convention...

yeah... most RIU users are in the U.S. if im not mistaken (please set me strait if anyone knows).... so maybe Cali would be better eh?
 
California would be Ideal, We could have it at a Local Hashbar/Disp, Here in L.A. 4000sq ft warehouse..You guys would love the place..Grassroots exchange..
 
Yea, Its one of the coolest places that I have been to, the owners are very friendly Patients as well.. They have a sweet hash bar and stage for live music!! Let me know if your interested I could talk to them!!
 
Talk to them for sure! Even if RIU isn't down to endorse it, MASSES will be... I was just thinking yesterday about where to hold the Incorporation party when its all filed and approved! :)
 
well id do cali, but id want to see at least 20 members going confirmed tickets or whatever if im flying to cali
 
just so you know... I would be bringing five to ten RIU members with me that I know personally... as well as doing my best to make sure that the 100-200 RIU members that live in Cali that I write to on a regular basis would show up too. The trick is to arrange it so that no one we don't want there (i.e. dea) shows up.... so I would say: No illegal substances allowed ;) .... and BYOB, because I will BYOB and I don't drink ;)...
 
Well it is a legal Medical Disp/Hash bar.. So if the Dea dicks did show you should be fine as long as you got a REC!! The place is very nice and easy to get to..In the warehouse district..Let me know if you want to check it out!!
 
yeah... maybe around Feb or March this upcoming year.... it sounds like the perfect place to hold a MASSES 1st annual national convention! :)
 
I am down for the Grassroots! I'm just over the hill in Bakersfield, less than a 2 hr drive! lol When? Where is this "grassroots exchange"? Can't find it on weed tracker.
 
It would be cool as hell, lol... instead of an indoor convention, make it more like a gathering, like in a national forest, have a camp/smoke out, lol... kind of like the rainbows...

Sounds ok, but I don't know... much rather start off in something like a where house and save the big camp out stuff for next time... it starts raining around harvest time, :(
 
Considering that a large portion of RIU are medical marijuana users, It's safe to say that you would be precluding a good portion of attendees by having it in an outdoor setting, such as camping, beach, ect.......Just a thought.
