I wanna keep the canopy at a more level rate and one of the girls shot up a bit, it is ok to bend down during flower, I did this before with good results during veg. I assume its ok to do it now without stressing anything out??

Definitely not a problem... I did the same 'cuz one of my girls got a good 10" ahead of everyone else. Key thing, I think, is to bend higher up where the main stem is still really soft. Anyway, I did this and was so impressed by how many side branches shot up and filled the grow space that I went ahead and did the other three.. no troubles at all.

An inch a day and your golden. I have seen problems when people moved to fast.

Roll the plant between your fingers ans after doing this for a few seconds fold over the plant i use the couloured papper clips now i put over the bend.you will find that your plants will do a u~ing well thats what i call it. They fall back round and soon lift towards the light.it is the same has supercropping i have found that by doing this the plants seem to think hat they are the main collar and you get a great crop.
