it looks like she isn't getting enough light just thru that window.. possibly under/over watering and small iron deficiencies. she needs 12 hours of good light and 12 hours rest. if you only have this one plant its not worth buying a HPS (high pressure sodium). the best idea i can give you is get some CFL (compact florescent lights) and a timer..

Something is wrong with my baby. She was an outdoor plant up until a month ago. I started her in Early may. Is she going to bud?? Help Me Puhleeeeese!!
You keep that plant in you're living area with lights and TV on. A plant needs a prolonged dark cycle to flower properly. The more contrast you can achieve the better. Meaning, 12 hours of intense light followed by 12 hours of total dark. You also have, like above poster said, nutritional problems, easiest for you to diagnose since you see you're plant up close and all. Look on the main title thread in this section its a good guide.

It's never a good idea to bring in a plant that has gotten used to outdoor lighting aka the sun.

First off, you have to lower the nutes, otherwise you'll get a nasty nute burn. Because the plant was used to metabolizing a large amount of nutes due to the large amount of light, now, with the same nutes, but less light, it will not handle them and may start to get burned. This may also be why your plant is drooping, it can't handle the nutes and is stocking them up, causing the leaves to become heavy... or it might just be overwatering.
