OHIP Paid for my prescription renewal fee!!! AND I think I got an LP credit...

I had to pay the online Skype doctor about 225 bucks last month to renew my 1 year prescription.

Last week I got a call, and the clinic in Barrie said that OHIP now pays for renewals and they credited the amount back to my credit card.

They asked me if I wanted to switch LP's, but I decided to just stay where I was because I don't always get from them anyway.

AND my LP told me I think I get some kind of a credit based on my total 2014/ 2015 purchases. Gotta check what that is!

Good news on the reimbursement. That will change things for people. And finally a break for mmpr patients...seems suspicious though that HC is doing that......hmmm........more underhanded tactics possibly to fuck the mmar folks over ??

Only 100 bucks back from the LP. I really didn't get from them all winter, they sucked HARD.

Although, since maybe April, they've stepped it up quite a bit. No more floor clippings, and I'm reading about this Skywalker OG that I haven't had from them since last August. After 1 bong hit last summer, the first poof of "medical" weed I had ever tried - I couldn't feel my face. hahah

I still like my compassion club for sure. But the LP does ship fast.

I need functional weed or none at all most of the time now, it would get in the way of work.

But it's nice to still have something that would knock me out. Like NOW for example.

Think the 26% "allegedly" THC content might do it. Highest I ever saw on anything I got from then said 24%. And it was the face melter of 2014.

Well Yess ............the added wee break from our Federal systems is nice for renewals. They should be flipping the whole bill.

They aren't allowed to charge for the prescription anymore, so they have to do it this way or do like the Ottawa guys do and charge you for "an introduction to a doctor", which I'm sure they backdoor to the doctor anyways. Either way, if they advertise it as money for the writing or renewing of the prescription it's illegal not permitted by the college.

cool extra good ...this is a break MMPR deserve at the very least.
I'm not sure if ohip would cover our mmar re-newals....but might be interesting for someone to try and find out.
