im not sure if its canadian, and our legal drinking age is 18 in quebec and 19 in ontario but yes im over 21

It's worth it. It's as good as Gosling, in the same range as good Barbados private stock. Way better than CM, Bacardi (blah, not even real rum) or the cheap Mt. Gay or Appleton Estates rums.

I did, 100-proof. Worked like a charm. I was thinking about using Kraken but I didn't know how well it'd jive with the apple cider. It's damn good on its own though

Try Bacardi's Ocho Anos. We drink that over ice. It's pretty smooth. But it is not spiced rum and it's not inexpensive. I'll have to see if the local Bev Mo might have this and give it a shot. Thank you sunni!

Thanks for the tip. My go to sipping rum is Zaya 12 year, fantastic over a bit of ice or neat, and at about $25 a bottle or less, it's a great value. If you enjoy rum, I'd highly suggest giving Zaya a try.

Used to drink Lemon Hart rum years ago. Called it "Jim Jones Rum" from Guyana. Didn't take too many drunks on this to swear off it for good!
