Oh no help please

I put my plants outside for some real sun a few days later I see an ate up leaf so I pulled it off look on the underside and find this.

There doesn't look like there are anymore or no more damage should I worry?

I wouldn't worry. Worry when you see spider mites or thrips.

Did some research it's a cutworm and it could have been real bad if it went unnoticed.They are capable of taking out a single plant in a day.They live in soil and come out when it is dark.They turn into mouths so if a mouth laid eggs in my tent there could be more.They also eat up roots and kill that way.I learned all this after I put up the post.Thank you for your time
