OH god I have no idea what I am doing.

OKay, second grow. First was an utter nightmare consisting of over watering, wrong nute dosage, and ultimately a fucking animal eating my shit. Second Time around brain has grown, and so has my location so here is the scoop.
We are indoors this time, open closet (I live alone), ceiling fan running all day and night.

Strain: Mr.Blue's Blueberry

Medium: Premiers Potting soil http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/brow...emier+25+L+Organic+Potting+Soil.jsp?locale=en

in 4 Liter pots, 6in deep, 8in across

Lighting: 10 26w daylight CFLs

Temp: around 25 degrees at the hottest.

Nutes: Nothing as of yet. I threw alittle pee on them when they were about 2 weeks, cause the leaves were yellowing. (nute burn ensued, but they recovered) Waiting for Wednesdays shipment of Earth Juice. On hand I have Alaskan Fish Emulsion, and Liquid Light malt extract, MG Liquafeed (I hate it). (and pee )

NOW questions: The top leaves are getting kinda dry and developing a slight yellowish colour, the stems to the fan leaves are purpling, and a few days ago my leaves were drooping hardcore. If I lift up my pots out of their dish I can see the little rooties poking out of the drainage holes. Im thinking transplant into 1.5gallon pots. Space is a slight issue. I got 8 plants and they are going on 5weeks this thursday.

I would like some feedback. I have no idea what I am doing. Pictures are what I'm looking at right now.

Horrible pics looks good n green in em. I'd quit pissing on plants myself, soil should have been fine at 2wks rockwool and water is. Get small circulation fan could be hotspots
