OH come On.. Really? Really??

Why the hell wouldn't he throw that shit out or straight run off in the neighborhood and stash it...the moms a bitch and the kids not too bright.

that is really fucked up.....

i would never do that to my kids..

even if i was not a grower or a smoker..

i would not turn my own child in like that ( talk about being betrayed )

These kids NEEDa dad to boot their ass into next week.

What you never bought weed as a kid? Shit the kid seems pretty good considering he didn't fight catching a felony or anything I would've been a block away the second my mom started the car.

He needs his ass booted for bein so damned stupid. And for bein on probation to begin with.

Don't give your kid a felony record over some small amount. That's just not the way to set your kid up for a great life.

You know.

Felony? Probation? 13 Yrs old? I was building a telescope and learning to use my first camera at that age. Man I must be leading a sheltered life!

Yah I was playing wall ball and or whatever at 13... damn.

This lady is an idiot. "I want my son to have the best future possible." Sorry lady you just fucked your son's chance of getting a good education in the future over a couple grams of weed, give me a break.

I hope she likes her son alot cause hes gona be in the basement for the rest of his life.
If my wife ever did that to my kid, id divorce her on the spot..

Juvernile records are expunged though right? Unless he murdered someone he should have a clean slate at some point if he's only 13 now. Fucked up mom though, but she probably has a legal pain killer addiction or something...

If he get's in NO trouble he can have a laweyer exponge his record, but it really never goes away. It just means that a H.R. department would have to look hard for it.

Once in the court records it's there. Public record is public record.

I don't care how fucked up my kid is or what kind of trouble they're in, I would NEVER lend a hand in sending my child to jail for cannabis. Granted, it's likely that this mother didn't raise her son to have any respect for his elders (least of all her), so he probably belongs behind bars. I'd like to think I'm doing a better job of raising my kids to be good people than this mom probably did. Some parents are idiots, too, and believe that marijuana is dangerous because they heard it on television...

wow....13? that Disney stuff has people growing to fast and too hard. according to a recent mass media magazine, Miley cyrus says she's an adult now...... I'm STILL not an adult in my eyes... lol kid forever!
