Official Balisong thread

I figured I would make an official balisong thread because it seems to be my favorite pass time the past few months and I have to say its quite addicting....

For anyone who doesn't know A balisong is a butterfly knife.
To me this is an art form. I practice all the time and I can make up my own flips and moves. It seems to help me relax when I am in the zone flippin my blade around.

I recently just picked up one of these and it is great. A little expensive but its got a good weight to it and the lock is spring loaded so it doesn't fall out of the safe handle when you are flipping it.

This guys pretty intense I'm no where near as good but I will get some videos of myself up in the next few days.

So I could look cool on the internet.......it had absolutely nothing to do with wanting to discuss something I find interesting with like minded individuals........

Its not about practical application. Its something fun that I enjoy doing.

Amusement silly!

Quite similar to the amusement you find in your butterfly knife ballets. No homo, of course.

But in all seriousness. I had a balisong when I was about 13, a good seventeen years ago...... Learned a few tricks, then just kinda lost interest. Was fun to tinker with for a bit. Idle hands and all... wasnt anything near a decent blade tho, just flea market garbage. Still amusing nonetheless.
