% of THC in Marijuana

Hey everybody, I was just curious about the percent of THC listed when purchasing from seed banks - as in, when it says a strain is 15-20% THC, how is that in comparison to midgrade, or your average weed one gets off the street? Is that like 1 or 2%, or something like that? Just curious as I have some Early Misty in the works and wanted to know what I was looking at. Thanks all.

I would say schwag is around 4% and midgrade is 8-10%.
The 15-20% is definately something special.
Like the WW is close to 25%.

I would think anything 15% or higher is supreme.

Cant wait to see what a good bud smokes/feels like. Im a shwagologist myself at the moment.

I guess the "quality" of the THC would also depend? I mean, would 8-10% of midgrade be inferior in quality to 8-10% of properly grown? Or is THC strictly THC?

i think it entirely depends on the grow, time of harvest, method of dry and cure. thats what makes weed reach its maximum thc % potential. and depending on when it is harvested can change the high from light to heavy

There are a lot of factors i would say to thc, but dank off the street is probably10-15% while if you have a good grow of diesel (one of my favorite), you could have as much as 20+% if cured properly.

22% is about it. Jack herer is 22%

keep in mind... shwag is lower in THC cuz they let it get seeded, the plants grown properly might have twice as much THC (but still not close to top genetics)... it alos degrades the THC the way it is handeled and packaged (stored in hot warehouses for months, bricked then stored under some guys sink in a trash bag) and the fact that "by weight" you're buying seeds twigs, bugs, more seeds, bailing wire, pollen (doesnt weigh anything but can fuck up youre girls if you handel a lot of shwag and then work in your garden, ie seeds)
