Odor control with no intake/outtake

So far I've seen the bucket/ona gel/fan thing and a Hepa filter with carbon used instead of the normal filter. Any thing better? Maybe both. 7x7x10 room 400w hps and 4 girls all 3 months old 1 week into flowering. Thanks for any help

the filter removed, added my own
carbon filter. Runs when my flowering
room lights are off, and door closed.
At lights on, the door gets opened, scrubber
is turned off, and i use an ozium time mist
to mask any smell. This unit is outside
my flowering room, mounted on the wall.
I've tried quite a few masking scents.
The air scrubber works surprisingly well.
The air mister too, although i've never been able to
get it 100% scent free, but i don't
need to be 100% stealthy either.
The time mist runs 24/7 spraying every 15 minutes.
In the winter, temps stay low enough to keep the door
closed during lights on, then it's about 95% scent free.

Just a bucket of Ona Pro with the lid open will suffice for your grow. If that isnt enough, Ona is expensive over time, consider a small ozone generator for the tent, but keep it on a timer that runs for 10-15 minutes every hour instead of always on fulltime. That'll nail it fast. Carbon filters are also an alternative, but those require more electricity and fans to get a negative pressure for it to work its best potential. Lower power fans and carbon arent great, as they dont force the pressure against the carbon and all those thousands of micro sized porous openings to trap the stinks. So, Ona and Ozone will be the best and most inexpensive over time formula for your sized grow op.

IMO it"ll never be 100% odor free until you can ventilate. I know someone on here will argue with me, But the Negative pressure created by a fan will prevent any odors leaking out of rooms and under doors. this also allows you to consintrate your equipment into a smaller space. instead of using a whole bucket of ona, you'd be able to fix an ona filter to your exhaust, making better, more efficient use of your $. cost a little to set up but the maintenance is cheaper and your completely odor free.

So what do I need? Some type of tubing and an inline fan and filter? Is there a setup guide on this site?

This room is starting to smell skunky I shoulda got this ready along time ago.

This is a stand-alone carbon filter that you can just place in a room and turn on. I've heard great things about them from others, though I've yet to try one myself.

Well, ease of installation is tempting, but price not so much. I'll have to weigh my options

probably one of the least mentioned odor control methods, but seldom mentioned is plain old temperature control
keep your grow at in the low 70's, and you're going to have an order of magnitude less smell than a grow in the 80's

reducing temps is a good strategy, If you, Unclepauly, are trying to do a minimalist set up you can get a duct "booster fan" get um at home depot. Their meant for use in the cold room in your house, you would just install in a duct and fan increases pressure making that room warmer. For use in this project you would simply cut hole in drywall install fan, seal with drywall mud and install filter in the exhaust end of fan. If you own your own property you can easily exhaust a closet into a room or the attic, depending on how sneaky you must be. Larger projects with more heat require bigger fans and more elaborate exhaust systems and at some point, you'd need to add inlets but that should be neither here nor there.... Too stoned, going to lay down now, I'll catch you on the other side..

i have one, use it when i'm trimming the keep the whole house from smelling too bad. it helps, but it takes a while to completely remove the smell.

as for price, something like this is likely one of the cheapest methods that work. if you want to really kill the smell a stronger fan connected to a larger carbon filter will be your best bet. if money is a big issue though, you can try making one yourself. i did that originally, though it didnt work very well for me.
