Odor Control for inside air

Hello, I am trying to control the odor inside my house. I vent outside already and think I have DYI solution that will work(homemade carbon filter) to take care of the odor going outside and where it is venting to shouldn't be much of an issue for the neighbors. I have tried ONA professional grade and it works, but it has a smell of it's own.

I have a 4' x 4' tent in it's own room. Would it be better to put an OZN-jr. Ozone Generator like this one http://www.amazon.com/neHydro-OZN-jr-Ozone-Generator/dp/B000OC49LK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1321149596&sr=8-1
outside of the grow room rather than to buy a real carbon filter? Being that I am already venting outside I don't see how a carbon filter would help with the smell inside the house? What do you guys think?

I have done research on the forum and it seems like this is the best option, but my partner whose house it is in disagrees, so I would like to hear what our fellow growers have to say about this to end this debate.

Thanks in advanced.

If you maintain negative pressure inside your grow room your house should have zero smell.

sounds like you got a leak somewheres. as a solution, you could just scrub the room air. get a filter and put a fan on top. sit it in the room that rooms your growroom. done.
