ODG starting Memorial Day early.

Not familiar with Sculpin. You should explain that to me a bit? Happy belated birthday, by the way!
Thanks amigo
The Sculpin is a "premium" IPA from Ballast Point Brewing in or near San Diego.
I recently had an unfiltered ale from Lagunitas that was simply fantastic - big bright fresh flavors.

This unfiltered tastes pretty much like the regular Sculpin. They also make a Grapefruit Sculpin that I really like. It has the full beer flavor, with a small amount of "orange Froot Loop" perfectly blended in.

Lagunitas is great. I went to the brewery in petaluma. I left super drunk:dunce:

I'm usually a Stone Brewing Company guy.
I saw this at the store for $16.99 before tax and CRV ... I think I will give it a go. I like Stone beers too, especially the Cali-Belgique with its phenolic notes. I like Belgian-style strong pale ales. The best I've had are Allagash (Maine!) Tripel reserve, and Green Flash "Le Freak".

I am currently drinking one of these. The name promises to facilitate masturbating. At my age, that is a feature.

My first Stone beer, and in fact, my first craft beer was Arrogant Bastard. I prefer both that and the Oaked version. They have good IPAs and Milk Stouts, as well.
