Odd Mutation

So all of my girls are growing great. I have one that has an odd mutation. She is growing fine regardless, but it's interesting to me. I'm wondering if anyone else has come across this, and also if anyone knows the cause of it? It's slowly been getting better, but the leaves seem to come out and only half of it is there. It may look like the leaf is curling up in the pic, but there's actually no growth there. Some come out like this and swirl a bit, and some have been straight.

Is that a clone from a plant that was in flower? I just had one like that and it looked about the same and stayed that way for weeks until I flowered it. Refused to grow at all in veg..

No its from seed. It's growing. And growing well. Just growing weird. I was thinking when I transplanted it the first time maybe I damaged the root system a bit. So it's causing this one sidedness. It's not really a problem, just interesting
