Boiled pinto beans with a few things for taste
Sauteed some onions til brown and added garlic and chillli
After a minute added 2 peppers
After some spices and shortly after the beans with some of its cooking water to simmer for taste.
Oh i started the otrtilla dough at some point
All tortillas ready in zip lock bag while warm to stay fresher for longer, usually ok for 3 days.
Beans simmered for 30 min and voila
Drove a couple of these into me, next time i will boil some cured ham bones with the beans for an extra someting, kept the rest of the bean water to make rice.
