Octa bubblers dont fit tubing!??!

So I ordered 35 octa bubblers. Dig brand, I also ordered 1500 feet of dig tubing . It was an ideal because I didn’t think it was so hard And I wanted something more pliable.

Anyways ....

when I went to go put them together the tubing literally does not fit inside the bubbler.

I’m not sure if I should get a silicone-based tubing which is softer and more pliable?

I tried to taper the ends and they still will not fit .

Has anyone ever ran into this problem before ?

I’m going to call the manufacturer tomorrow I’m livid , I spent hundreds of dollars, And now I’m supposed to hand water all this until I figure it out LOL.

It’s a nightmare that no smoke can solve....

Any inputs greatly appreciated.
