Ocean forest and fox farm nutrients. Help!

I plan on using fox farms ocean forest and unsulfured black strap molasses but i'm not sure on nutrients. It says NO feeding for a month but it's ok to use big bloom. I've heard that NO nitrogen is needed at all and it's ph balanced. I just don't get it. So is it safe to use the fox farms trio with ocean forest or would I suffer from to much nutrients? I'm looking for no leaf yellowing or burning of any kind. Just healthy green plants and fat buds. I have the ocean forest and some unsulfured black strap molasses what else is needed? Do I even need to buy/use the fox farm nutrient trio or is that enough? Also when do I use the recommended nutrients and blackstrap? I need professional advise from about after the first month until harvest. Thank you! :) PS- Just interested in fox farm products and some cheap blackstrap molasses. No need to recommend bud candy or anything like that. :)

Ocean forest and water for the first 3-4weeks.
After 3-4 weeks start following the feeding schedule.
your gonna use molassis, than you might as well get the fox farm micro-brew, and the sledge hammer for your flush.
you can run your nutes 1/2 strength. I've got the whole fox farm line. I've run full strength and half strength the results are pretty much the same.

Cool thanks man. So after 3-4 weeks use the trio line up? I planned on mixing my molasses with with my water and then ad my liquid nutes with the water also. any thoughts?

I use all this, full fox farm line-up +.

Once in final pot if using FFOF you will not need to fed for 2-4 weeks depending on strain and size of pots. Like topfuel29 said start following the Fox Farm schedule.

If you need to begin to use nutes in veg start at the week of the actual plants life, if plant is say 35 days old count 7 days as the seedling phase and start at week 4 or however old your plant is minus 7 days and start at that week. If you don't need nutes until flower, this can happen if you transplant into bigger pots and final transplant is late in veg, then you wouldn't need to to begin feeding nutes until early flower. If not feeding until flower just start at how long you have been in flower. If 10 days in before you begin nutes start at week 6. And so on.

Here is a different pic of my large bottles and the smaller ones I use so I can measure easier. Notice the two molasses brands second from the left. One is Botanicare Strapped and the second is Earth Juice Hi-Brix, either works great as a molasses additive.

If you are using the blooming solubles trio(Open Sesame-Beatie Bloomz-Cha Ching) follow the chart as well. Never use over recommended doses and a good rule of thumb like topfuel said is use 1/2 strength at first or throughout. In future grows if you wish to experiment with higher doses use full amounts but never go over recommendations especially with tiger, grow and all three solubles. Big Bloom is weak but good and can be used throughout the entire grow at full strength.

With OCean Forest soil you should add dolomite lime at 1 TBSP per gallon of soil, Fox Farms does not put enough egg shells and dolomite in to help with cal-mag and pH issues so the lime really helps later in grow. Also grab cal-mag or a version of it. In first pic you can see cal-mag plus and the advanced nutrients version at the top right in the green and red bottles of same shape, behind those is the cal-mag.

As for adding nutes or any additives add each separately to water and mix, never mix nutes alone together without water. You can add in your nutes, molasses or whatever in any order, doesn't matter. No reason to use molasses in veg, wait until flower, especially if you decide to use Fox Farms Microbe and Kangaroots(bottom left middle in first pic).

Just use what you got and add to your line-up when you can. I first started with just FFOF and the three basics(big grow-big bloom-tiger bloom) and had good results. I have great results now after 2 years of experimenting. Good Luck!

OK so what I will do is get the basic trio line up. Use only water first 4 weeks. then start the schedule. start adding molasses every watering at the start of flower. That sounds like it would be good enough to make some killer smoke but I have one problem. I don't know what the numbers mean on the chart next to grow big,big bloom, tiger bloom. I understand the weeks, light hours but I don't get the 6-3-2 stuff next to the nutes? any help would be great.

OK big bloom has 6 starting at seedling. So that would be 6 TSP- per gal 2 times a week. That kind of seems like a lot for a seedling but then again I'm a noob.
