Don't kid yourself, these idiots don't even represent 99% of the overprivileged college students in this country, let alone 99% of the citizens. I see a bunch of inexperienced kids that haven't ever had to work a day in their lives, whose heads have been filled with progressive bullshit by extremely liberal professors, calling for the end to that which has made their unbelievably easy lives possible.

I think I'll side with the new group out there, the 53%'ers. The ones working and paying taxes so that these douchebags can sit on their asses. And don't even bother with the comparisons to the Tea Party, they are polar opposites in every respect.

Very sharp spike since the 1980's huge separation, yea they aren't all kids eather, the 91 year old couple a few videos back would disagree. So you do think they are just anarchist heathens and this is all some kind of joke?

Did Ben Franklin get a permit?
Did we get proper permits in Lybia?
Wouldn't want to get a ticket for not having the proper permits

He is a white supremacist dickhead.
what does this have to do with this thread? And Who's team are you on anyways?
There are lots of blacks who are white supremacists
And why do you say Dr Duke is a dick head? I have never heard that, I have actually heard he is quite polite and charming.

i'm sorry man but this statement is a bit ridiculous. i work every god damn day - all day. (just to pay my bills, the little extra i have gets saved for future investments) by all means, i should be in college but i can't afford it. i RARELY sit on my ass. the only time i have recently was for three hours each way in a vehicle to show my support in philly. i highly doubt these "overprivileged college students" you speak of are even aware of what is going on yet, after all most of them are too lazy to look past the media and do their own research on the current state of our nation.

i am the 99%, and unless you're a koch brother or mr. dupont himself you probably are also. i just don't understand why you would want to SIT here and bash a movement that promotes a network through which our voices can be heard. it's easy to sit behind a keyboard and bash an idea you don't support. i think it would be more productive however, to let your voice be heard at one of the many general assemblies. after all, no one is forcing you to agree here.

I think where duke is coming from is his belief that people who are racist are incapable of logical thought and cannot have good ideas. He believes that any idea from a racist should be shunned and the opposite should be done just for spite.

The Republican leaders are stepping up their anti-protest rhetoric. Eric Cantor referred to them as "mobs." Mitt Romney claims they are engaged in "class warfare." Herman Cain is... well... he's being an idiot... as usual.

Story found here.

They are escalating the rhetoric. It's going to end in violence. I saw a sign yesterday in the windows of the buildings overlooking Wall Street that read, "We are the 1%." Hubris has always been the downfall of the privileged.

Do you mean like all the corperations we "voted out of Buisness"? That got bailouts?
It will really suck if you don't have money to "vote" with-
Do the rich get more "votes" they have more money to vote with...
How did you "vote" them out? They fucked up on their own...

And you do have money to vote with. You guys dont realize how simple the premise really is, you are the mass consumers - that's how you "vote with your money."

Instead of buying shit from corporations that you don't support, buy something else from one that you do, or that has a more agreeable philosophy. It's so simple, yet you all reduce it down to "the rich have more money so they get more votes," that's just not how it works. The rich can't buy enough food, gas, clothes, etc, to mute the financial impact the the mass majority possess.

Which, trying to take credit for the companies downfall while at the same time claiming to not have a vote is some straight up doublethink. Nice work.

No apparently it is YOU that does not realize how simple this premise is....
Or how obvious the flaws in this premise are, not to mention how moraly wrong and anti freedom the real world implications of your premise are.
