i gotta hand it too you man,, you do organic RIGHT!!
Thank you. I know we have disagreed but its all good. I try to stay organic. I just want to be self sustained.

That worm bin will be a stack of trays like that with wire on the bottom. You make your worm bed in the bottom one. When it gets full and processed, the worms crawl in the tray above them. You just pull the bottom tray and you got castings with a mix of compost in it.

Its like gold. It is nutrient rich. The liquid that comes off is good for watering. Like one tablespoon to a gallon.

I have a huge compost pile to. I need to post in the thread for amendments. I would really like to make my own "water only" soil mixes. Sell them for x amount and include a pack of dry amendments for a recycle when a person is done with a run.

That looks like a well rounded setup & seems pretty cheep as well.
I'd probably go for it if I were needing another.
It doesn't have to be a specific brand. Is there a brand you like in particular?

I chose that because I've seen good reviews on it and it has hundreds of good reviews on amazon.

There are a bunch of kits on amazon.

I just want something reliable.

hell of allot cheaper than cobs, and will grow massive colas, good price too
I want cobs. I really do but I can run my 432 watt t5 and fans for $20 or less a month. That 600 won't cost that much more.

I think I'll run a 600 for a while and wait for cobs to drop in price.

Good Luck on the Warm Bin! i've been considering doing one as well. I don't have enough room for a compost, nor do I have the time for it takes to fully compost, which brings me to my next question, how long does it take for the compost in the warm bin to be ready?

I'm not sure with a flow through bin.

It is based on the amount of worms. Happy healthy worms can eat half their weight daily. If you got ten pounds of worms they can process five pounds daily.

I have an outdoor bin. It sucks because I have to manually empty it. With a flow through you just let the worms do the work and empty each tray as they move to the next one.

White are your buds getting dense. I popped 2 beans to get going in a tent like yours. I am using 2 4ft 4 lamp durolux lights as well. I know you are going bigger on the light is it due to the density.

Surprisingly, they are getting dense. I'm going bigger to get more from my efforts.

I'll need the equipment anyways. I'm sure it will go legal here. They skipped right over medical and talking about doing like Colorado.

When the time comes I want to be ready.

Are you going to add a collection tray to your worm bin just in case you get leachate?
I'd love to see how yours looks! - I'm planning on giving back the borrowed bin come spring and building my own to my very own specs - it's a gonna have wheels for pulling it out from under the kitchen counter
I'm going to make or buy a tray for liquid. I'll take the hinge off the lid. I'll make a few more trays. Stack them up, then I will add trim around so it slips on like a box lid.
