O-Kay Getting Cloner/Closer

Heres the set-up I'm using: I have my Mother plant doing her thing and then a Propagation tent doing it's thing (NOW) it took a few try's for me to get a clone to live.
so I'm showing some signs of roots now with my clones and I'm wondering the best way to get them into bigger rockwool cube sa nd feeding them dyna gro at 1/2 strength. (Drip) 3 times a day.
1. How close to put my flourescent using two bulbs 1. warm white and 1 cool
2. you'll notice some really shitty looking plants(clones) these i thought died so i put them aside to throw out, I forgot to and a couple days later they were rooting so i put them back in the light to see if they will survive. they were from a plant my friend had and i have no way of getting them again so i figured i'd give them a chance.

HELP!!!

Feed them by hand until you see roots hitting the bottom or sides of the small rockwool cubes, while they are rooting, you dont need much light, 1 floro tube is fine, you can probobly keep it 3-4 inches away too.

After you see roots, put them into your bigger cubes and onto your drip system. They can now go under whatever light you wish.

The way i have the light set in the first photo is where its been, is this too far away when they are removed from the cloning tent?

they would stretch.. but it looks like you have some type of other lighting. are you planning to veg these with just floro tubes?

Yeah thats the way i'v ebeen doing it and so far it's worked for me. but when i did it before i put the lights right down about a inch away and im wondering if i should do this again, last time it was with seeds. not clones
I flower with a 400 watt hps.

when you see roots, get the tube very very close, almost touching.
