NY Legalizing it?

Just read the article in the paper about the legalization of Medical Marijuana. My buddy from HydroponicHomes.com told me the bill had already been passed.

Does anyone have any information, or helpful links on this topic? Trying to find out as much as I can about it.. Can't wait to grow it legally for myself.

Last Friday Govenor Spitzer Of NY said that no one has put a bill on his desk yet. He was against it when he ran for office but he says now that "if he can be shown a proper way to distribute it he would sign it." I think he was talking about seeds because they said it's illegal to get them in the U.S. If it does pass, he said you would be allowed 2.5 ounces for personal consumption and you could grow 12 plants. You should have his answer by the end of the week because the Legislature goes on recess at the end of this week and there trying to get an answer either way before the recess.

Now if PA could just pass a bill like this. Congrats to all you NYers....

I would have a heart attack if this actually happens. I mean its like dream come true. But i hate to be a pessimist, i just cant see it really happening. But im hoping it just finally clicks that its just like when alcohol was illegal. You cant control the masses. And Spitzer and anyone who can for that matter changes things for the better. Stop jailing innocent people. Legalize.

i dont think its has passed yet - i read an article from high times that predicted it wont be passed this quarter.

New York is the most known place on earth. I think thats a fact if im not mistaken. if not then its some Chinese city but that dont count cuz there too many Chinese always screwin up my statistics!!!

I live in a "med' state and am a licensed patient here under State Law.

It will be interesting to see where this goes and how the State of NY approaches it all in regard to what illnesses/conditions/diseases, etc will be allowed under the Bill.

If any of you are in NY...you can prepare for the possibility by amassing your medical records/x-rays/MRI's/etc..etc..etc. that you can show the Doctor so they can make the decision whether or not you qualify for the program.

Its a hawk, a kestrel to be exact. It can be a messenger, it can hunt for you, eats only meat. and its an awesome bird, its a girlfriends bird, a little on the small side, but hey a paraguin would cut her arm off.
